Shipping Policy

 

Domestic Shipping

Under normal operations, we aim to maintain a ‘within 48 hours’ dispatch policy. Further depending on the location, expect the product to be delivered at your doorsteps within 3-6 days.

 

Delhi/NCR orders take 24-48 hours to be delivered.

Please be informed that COD shipments (if applicable) take a day or two extra to be delivered as compared to prepaid shipments.

 

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is lost in transit or undelivered to your preferred location.

*Order value is calculated ost applying discounts/coupons.

 

International Shipping

Orders shipped via Standard Shipping (EMS, Indian Post) are delivered within within 7-15 business days from the date of order through a trusted courier service.

 

Orders shipped via Express Shipping are delivered within 6-10 business days.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.

 

Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All transit times are Monday to Saturday. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs.

 

Shipping Charges

Payments for International Orders are accepted through PayPal/Razorpay Payment gateway either by your PayPal account or by using International credit/debit cards only.

 

For international orders, currency conversion rates will apply according to the prevailing exchange rates on the day of placing the order.

 

In case of international credit cards, the transaction amount will be converted to INR before the payment is accepted. Currency conversion charges may apply based on your credit card policy.

 

International shipments sometimes may attract additional duties and taxes that may be levied on an order once it has reached the destination state or country. In all cases, the customer is liable to clear any such additional charges with the courier company in order to release the goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to state the exact amount of such charges at the time an order is placed since charges vary widely between states and countries.

Return and Exchange Policy

At AEQUA we are carefully committed to our customers satisfaction and want to truly enjoy our products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase please email us right away at info@aequawellness.com. We will accept returns on a case by case basis within 03 days of receipt of purchase for exchange or credit only. Please make sure that the items are returned in original, unused condition. We reserve the right to decline the return request if there is not just a cause. We regret that travel sizes, trial sizes, and promotional items may not be returned. We cannot process any returns without first being contacted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
 
Fraudulent charges
Our system notifies us when a potentially fraudulent purchase has been made. If purchase is considered to be potentially fraudulent, buyer will be contacted immediately and may required to confirm identity. We are not able to ship until confirming purchase with customer. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause, however this policy is in place to protect you.
 
Damages
If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@aequawellness.com. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Photos of damaged products are helpful. 
 
Disclaimer
Returning or exchanging for reasons other than product defect is a privilege offered to the customers. If any customer is found to be abusing this privilege, then AEQUA holds the right to not accept any return or exchanges from such customers.

Other Important Information
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.
Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, email us at info@aequawellness.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest (not valid for international orders).


Delivery to remote location will attract additional charges.
The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring any customization will require additional time.
As per the Indian Government rule, denominations of old INR 500, INR 1000 and INR 2000 are deemed to be illegal. Therefore, these currency notes will not be accepted by our delivery personnel for any orders placed via COD as a payment option.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made through credit cards, debit cards, international cards, wallets, UPI, net banking or cash on delivery (if applicable).

Please note that payments on www.aequawellness.com / www.aequa.in will be accepted only in INR for domestic orders.
